So I'm thirteen, 5'5 1/2, and I'm a little bit plump. But I'm super into sports(I play tennis and volleyball and I do dance and tae kwon do) and I go to the gym. So what I need is a workout plan for the gym and a meal plan. Specifications: I have dance on Tuesdays and so I don't have time for the gym then. I'm a vegetarion(no fish, no red/white meat, milk/eggs are ok. So mainly what I want to do is fat burn, raise my endurance level and tone my body after I lose the fat. Thanks in advance!...
